Farewell to John Kostoff

After 10 years of dedicated service to OCSOA and Catholic education, our Executive Director, John Kostoff, is retiring. On behalf of our Board of Directors, members, and staff, we extend our deepest gratitude to him for his leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment as he begins this well-deserved new chapter.

We are thrilled to formally introduce Tracy Barill as our incoming Executive Director, effective July 1, 2026. Tracy brings extensive expertise, a deep respect for our association, and a strong commitment to supporting our members through the evolving landscape of education.
